Smothered Pork Chops

Delicious smothered pork chops seasoned with various spices and baked to perfection. The gravy, made with golden mushroom soup and seasonings, adds depth to the dish.

What you need

oz butter

chicken bouillon

tsp celery salt
beef bouillon

onion

creole seasoning

seasoning

fl oz worcestershire sauce

tsp paprika
box gravy

can condensed cream of mushroom soup

oz blackened seasoning
Instructions
1: Season pork chops then sear in avocado oil + butter on both sides for 2-3 minutes. 2: Remove chops then add butter + onions and saute for 1-2 minutes. 3: Add golden mushroom soup, W sauce, chicken bouillon, beef bouillon, Tony’s creole seasoning and chicken broth. 4: Add chops back in then bake at 350°F covered for 1.5 hours. 5: Add gravy pack mix then bake uncovered at 375°F for 10-15 minutes.View original recipe
